An exceptional sapphire ring, set with a 7.51ct emerald-cut, non heat-treated Burma sapphire.
The shoulders are set with a trapezoid and a trilliant-cut diamond on each side, weighing an estimated 1.60ct, mounted in platinum, with an 18ct yellow gold claw setting for the sapphire.
